Kuala Lumpur International Marathon Day

Wake up on 3:15am on the morning and prepare myself for the big event the Kuala Lumpur International Marathon. I walk from my hotel to starting point Dataran Merdeka. We need to report ourself at starting point on 4:00am.

The full marathon start at 4:30am, so I also start running. It take me 4 hours 47 minutes to finish the full marathon (42.192km). At end of few kilometers, my body so exhausted and can't run anymore, so I start to walk and manage to finish the marathon.

Wake up at 7:15am at morning, and take morning shower and prepare to leaving my room to explore the China Town in Kuala Lumpur.

First time I do on the morning is went for breakfast in China Town. So I stop at one of this noodle store and I have Hakka noodle.

After the breakfast, I walk around the Petaling Street. Then I decide to went to Dataran Merdeka (Merdeka Square) from China Town. It very near, just take 5 to 10 minutes walk from my hotel to Dataran Merdeka.

Star LRT

After explore around the City Centre, I need to get my KLIM number at Wisma OCM. So, I take Star LRT from Dangi Wangi to Plaza Rakyat. From there I walk to wisma OCM.

Then I decide to went to KLCC. So I take PUTRA MRT at Pasar Seni.

After that, I went to MidValley. From the KLCC, I take PUTRA MRT to KL sentral, and then I use KTM to MidValley station.

After that, I decide to went to Bukit Bintang to see Pavilion. So I went back to KL Sentral to take KL Monorail to Bukit Bintang Station.

End of day, I went back to my hotel and take early sleep to prepare the big event tomorrow morning.. Zzzz

Trip to Kuala Lumpur

I will going to Kuala Lumpur tonight to join the Ambank Kuala Lumpur International Marathon. My flight depart at 7:00pm from Miri airport. It's been 2 years seen last time I visit Kuala Lumpur. I hope I still remember how to go around in Kuala Lumpur.

I been staying for 3 day and 2 night in Kuala Lumpur and came back to Miri on Sunday night. I hope I can finish the full marathon (42km) and came back safe.

After working hour yesterday evening, I went to Miri stadium to do my normal runs. And I manage to do 7.okm within 47 minutes. Its a bit out of my pace, maybe because of the day after that, I already overdo my exercise. Seen like some school students doing their training at the stadium also.

Running and Shorinji Kempo

Yesterday evening, after office hour I went to my normal running practice. So I went to Miri stadium to do my run and suddenly I have call from my friend say he want to go to Shorinji Kempo lesson tonight. At that point, I already finish 8km of my run.



Seen its still early, so I agree to go together also. We arrive at training ground at 7:00pm and on time. The lesson take 1 hour and 30 minutes. Its was very tiring night for me..

Grand Slam Match

Yesterday night, there were Grand Slam Matchs in English Premier League (EPL) between Manchester United and Liverpool and Chelsea and Arsenal. The first match between Manchester United and Liverpool start at 9:30pm at ESPN channel. So I watch the match at my room by myself and the match end up with victory to Manchester United with score 3-0.

The match take a twist when the Javier Mascherano's get second yellow card and then the red and send off from the field. So this give the Manchester United an advantage. And the next match between Chelsea and Arsenal start at 12:00pm and I already very tired and sleeping, so I went to bed.

The second match end up victory to Chelsea with score 2-1.

Trip to Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei

Yesterday, Me, my brother and his friend went to Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei. It is the first time for my brother and his friend in Brunei. So we leaving from Miri at 9:30am after taking breakfast and change some Malaysia ringgit note to Brunei dollar note.

We stop at the Jerudong Fish Market and we take quick rest.

Then we arrive at Bandar Seri Begawan around 12:30pm and we take a spin around the city. And then we stop at Gadong and went into the The Malls.

After that, we stop at Kuala Belait beach on way we caming back to Miri.

Finally, we stop at Rasau Petrol Station to refill fuel.
