Back to My Home Town

I will going back to my home town Sarikei tonight. I will take a bus back to my home town that take around 7 to 8 hours from Miri to Sarikei.

2nd Win

Last Saturday night the Red Devils get their 2nd win against the Bolton Wanderers in English Barclay's Premier League with 2-o score. But the win come with controversial penalty on second half time. Never the last, it's a win to the Red Devils.

September Runs Goal Complete

Yesterday evening, I complete my september runs goal ahead of 7 days of my goal. Feel very happy because last month I do not complete my goal. And I will keep doing my running for this month to keep myself fit for the Borneo International Marathon at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

2nd Draw

Last night, the match between Chelsea and Red Devils (Manchester United) ended with 1-1 score. This is the 2nd draw for Red Devils in 4 match.

Draw Again

Early this morning, wake up to watch the match between the Red Devil (Manchester United) with Villareal and the match ended 0-0 score. Feel a bit frustrated, but it's still turn out a good match to both team. 

Champion League

Tomorrow early morning at 2:45am, Manchester United will take on Villareal for first match in group stage. Hope that Red Devil will have good start to defense the title and make history first club to win back to back. I will be watching the match tomorrow morning.

1st Lose

Last saturday night is the big match between the Red (Liverpool) and the Red Devil (Manchester United). The match start with flying opening from Tevez goal on 3rd minutes, but Liverpool manage to get equalize goal before the half-time, thank to own goal by Brown. And the match ended with 2-1 win to Liverpool goal scored by Babel on half-time to mark 1st lose to Red Devil. I'm feel sad but I have my faith on Red Devil to stand up and defense the EPL crown. Congratulation to Liverpool team on wining the match.

September Runs

From 1st September until yesterday, I manage to do 43 km on my september runs and it's about half of my goal 100km. For past few days, the weather seen like improved and allow me to do my normal runs at Miri stadium. And I hope the weather continue to be fair and I can complete my goal early for this month.

Rain Rain Rain

Last whole weekend, Miri town hit by weird  storm. It start on Monday with sunny day on morning until noon and cloudy on the evening until night with small rain. The same weather continue until Friday. Then on the weekend heavy wind with  small rain hit Miri town. And on Saturday midnight the heavy rain pouring down until Sunday morning. This weird weather cause my running exercise on hold and I hope the weather will getting better this week.

Nike Challenges - Run for your country

On 1st September 2008, my nike challenges run for your country kick off. And there are more 30 countries join the challenges and the event will end on 1st November 2008. And currently the leaderboard as show below.

Miss Out the August Runs Goal

I miss out my August Runs Goal just 100 metres to finish my 100km goal. A bit disappointed with myself and I hope for this month I can complete my runs goal. So, I start early with more distance and do frequency runs.
