Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009

Last weekend 6th December 2009, I'm in Singapore for the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009 and it was second time I'm ran for the Singapore Standard Chartered full marathon. The event start at 5:30 morning, and there were about 17,000 runners on my categories. And I manage to finish the marathon with time 4 hours, 43 minutes and 48 seconds. A bit better than what I did last year.

Just Back From Singapore

I'm just came back from Singapore last Monday. And the all my leg muscle are sore because of the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009. I'm staying at the Hotel Bencoolen and very near to town area.

Back In Miri, Sarawak

I'm back in Miri after my short trip to Singapore last weekend and Brunei. Now back in office and working. First time fly from Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei to Singapore on Friday 8th May 2009 and came back to Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei from Singapore on Sunday 10th May 2009. A wonderful and tiring trip. Not much changing at Singapore since my last year december trip. Will be going to Singapore again end of this year for the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009.

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008

I manage to finish my third marathon this year at Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 with time 4:49:44. It was very long long runs and tiring. There were more 50,000 runners taking part on this event from all around world. As expected the winners of this marathon came from Kenya runners.

Back to Miri

Last night, I back to Miri from my trip from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. It's was good trip, but a bit tiring. The flight back from Kuala Lumpur was delay due to bad weather in Kuala Lumpur and I'm arrive at Miri one hours late on 10:00pm.

Trip to Singapore

Tonight, I'll going to Kuala Lumpur and stay one night at Kuala Lumpur before I went down to Singapore on Friday night. Arrive at Singapore saturday morning and stay for two night at Singapore until monday morning before I went up to Kuala Lumpur again on night and then flight back to Miri on Tuesday night. I will joining the the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 on sunday.
