Borneo International Marathon

Yesterday early morning, I finish my Borneo International Marathon (42.192km) within 4:29:31 hours. Its a bit improvement from the Kuala Lumpur International Marathon. Wake up on 3:00am and prepared and wait for shuttle bus to take us to the Likas Stadium where the marathon will start and finish. The event start at 4:30am and and I finish it at 9:00am.

Go to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Tomorrow morning, I will fly to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for my Borneo Internationl Marathon on sunday 12th morning. This is second time I will been in Kota Kinabalu and the last time I been here was about 2 years ago. And I planning to go Kota Kinabalu, Sabah next year also if nothing happening.

Start My October Runs

Yesterday evening, I'm continue my runs exercise for month of October 2008. It's been 10 days from my last runs, so I start with 5km distance at Miri Stadium. The evening sunset view look very nice.

3rd Win

The Red Devils get 3rd win against the Blackburn Rovers with score 2-0 at Ewood Park. Goal from the Brown and Rooney seal the win to the Red Devils.

Back to Miri

Last saturday evening, I back in Miri. After almost one week break in my home town Sarikei. It's time to came back to Miri and continue working and doing the thing I like to do. Nothing much happening in my home town for past 6 months I not been there.
