I need to run 37 miles more to complete my Nikeplus October Goal and there are 5 days more to go to finish it. Look like I need to run 7.5 miles daily until 31st October 2009 to complete the goal. And I will joining the Penang Bridge International Marathon on 22nd November 2009. So, I need to made sure that I in good shape and fit for the event.
