Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009

Last weekend 6th December 2009, I'm in Singapore for the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009 and it was second time I'm ran for the Singapore Standard Chartered full marathon. The event start at 5:30 morning, and there were about 17,000 runners on my categories. And I manage to finish the marathon with time 4 hours, 43 minutes and 48 seconds. A bit better than what I did last year.

Penang Bridge International Marathon 2009 Result

I'm manage to finish the Penang Bridge International Marathon 2009 4 hours and 11 minutes. A bit slow than what I did at the Borneo International Marathon 2009. Nevertheless it's was good result for me. And like usual all the top 3 runners go to the Kenya runners.

October Runs

I need to run 37 miles more to complete my Nikeplus October Goal and there are 5 days more to go to finish it. Look like I need to run 7.5 miles daily until 31st October 2009 to complete the goal. And I will joining the Penang Bridge International Marathon on 22nd November 2009. So, I need to made sure that I in good shape and fit for the event.

Borneo International Marathon 2009 Result

Just came back from the Borneo International Marathon 2009 at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Its was good marathon with small runners. And again, almost all the winners is came from Kenya. And for myself, I'm manage to finish the marathon 3 hours and 59 minutes and it 16 minutes faster than what I did in Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon on Jun 2009.

Borneo International Marathon 2009

This weekend, I'll joining the Borneo International Marathon 2009 for second time. It's will be held at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on 11th October 2009, so I'll be leaving on Saturday 10th Oct 2009 from Miri to Kota Kinabalu. And again I'll running for the Full Marathon.

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009 official open for registration on 16th July 2009. And I have until 26th July 2009 to register for Full Marathon categories for early bird at SGD 45.50. So I got 9 days to go to get myself registered.

Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon

Last Sunday 28th June 2009, I'm manage to finish Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Full Marathon 42.195km within 4 hours 16 minutes. The event started on 5:00 at the morning at Merdeka Square and finish there also. It is the best time I've recorded in Full Marathon from 4 total of marathons I have join before.

All the winner for the men open and women open are taken from Kenya runners. And for top 10 position in men open also belong to Kenya runners. Look like most marathon in South East Asia are control by all this Kenya runner.

It a bit rain and cloudy weather on the morning, and it do not stop more than 10 000 runners to join the marathon.

Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon

One week from now on 28th June 2009, I'll joining the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon. So, I'll been in Kuala Lumpur next weekend and hope the weather in Kuala Lumpur will be nice and not so hot. And I'll finish the 4th marathon I have join. Good lucky for me. :) :) :)

And for this month, I already finish 90 miles of my 125 miles goal until today. So, I'm positive that I can achieve my June nikeplus goal. It also 35 miles to go.

Marathon

I already registered myself for Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2009 on 28th June 2009 and Penang Bridge International Marathon 2009 on 22nd November 2009.

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008

I manage to finish my third marathon this year at Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 with time 4:49:44. It was very long long runs and tiring. There were more 50,000 runners taking part on this event from all around world. As expected the winners of this marathon came from Kenya runners.

Borneo International Marathon

Yesterday early morning, I finish my Borneo International Marathon (42.192km) within 4:29:31 hours. Its a bit improvement from the Kuala Lumpur International Marathon. Wake up on 3:00am and prepared and wait for shuttle bus to take us to the Likas Stadium where the marathon will start and finish. The event start at 4:30am and and I finish it at 9:00am.

Marathon

I will participate another two marathon this year that is the Borneo International Marathon at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on 12th October 2008. Other one is Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon at Singapore on 7th December 2008. And I will taking the full marathon 42.192km. So I must keep my runnin exercise on schedule...
