Shorinji Kempo

It been 4 months last time I attending the Shorinji Kempo marital art lesson. So I decided to went to training last night. And some more this weekend there were upgrading lesson on Saturday 2nd August 2008 at Pusat Pembangunan Belia Miri that near to St. Columba Secondary School at 2:00pm.

Complete My July Runs Goal

Yesterday evening, I finally complete my July month runs goal for 100km. And past few day lately in Miri, there were heavy storm and wind. Maybe this is the tail end of typhoon that hit Taiwan recently.

Runs

Yesterday evening after the office hour, I went to Miri Stadium to continue my running exercise. I need to constantly keep my training at schedule if I want to finish both of marathon that I will join this came few month. And I did 9km ++ for 55 minutes after the blood donation that I also did yesterday morning.

16th Blood Donation

This morning, I went to Miri Hospital to do my 16th time blood donation at the blood bank in the Hosiptal. It already 10 years past since my first blood donation at my home town Sarikei Hospital. Now it became my regular activity for every three months. I hope the blood will save more lives.

Marathon

I will participate another two marathon this year that is the Borneo International Marathon at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on 12th October 2008. Other one is Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon at Singapore on 7th December 2008. And I will taking the full marathon 42.192km. So I must keep my runnin exercise on schedule...

Continue Running

Yesterday evening, after the office hour, I continue do my runs training. Its already middle of the month, I'm already finish 44km of total distance. Start my run from my house at Krokop 3 to Miri outdoor stadium. It take 2km from my house to the stadium.

Offshore at Champion 7, Brunei

Last week wednesday 9th July until sunday 13th July I went Champion 7, Brunei Oil and Gas installation platform. We stay one night at Hotel Swift, Kuala Belait and early morning departure to the Anduki Helicopter base to take helicopter to the platform. Arrive at the platform, we check-in procedure and starting work. We stay for 4 day and 3 night at the installation to finish our work. And leaving the installation on the sunday morning.
