It already a month since my last run. And I haven't been able to do any single running since the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon last year December. Caught up with the workload that force me to suspend my normal running routine. And now I can feel like I'm gain a few pound of weight.
Need to make time to do my running routine again cause I'm planning to do another 3 marathons this year. And to keep my body in shape and fit.
