Complete My July NIkeplus Goal

After yesterday evening runs, I'm finally complete the 130 miles target for this month on Nikeplus Goal. And will add another 5 miles to 130 miles total up to 135 miles on next month Nikeplus Goal. Need to work hard and runs hard also...

Nike Goal

Until today, I'm manage to finish 100 miles already, so I have 30 miles to go to finish my July Nike Runs Goal. And there still 5 days to go before the July month end. And also, I try to encourage myself to run on morning time because of most of marathons event is held on early morning time. And it more refresh on the morning hour, no car and clean air....

Updating from E71

Now I'm at the Bintang Megamall Starbucks coffee cafe and using the free Wifi to update my blog. And also first time using my E71 to update my blog. A bit slow because the E71 key very small..

Neverthelesss it a bit fun to use it...

Nokia E71

After almost 5 years I'm using the Nokia 6630 phone, finally I'm change to Nokia E71 on Wednesday 15th July 2009. The old Nokia 6630 already give me a good services and memories for past 5 years. The new Nokia E71 have many functions, so I'm need to learn to get use to it.

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009 official open for registration on 16th July 2009. And I have until 26th July 2009 to register for Full Marathon categories for early bird at SGD 45.50. So I got 9 days to go to get myself registered.

Goal

Manage to completed the June Nikeplus Goal on time and starting the July Nikeplus Goal early of this month and hope to complete 130 miles within end of this month. Until today, manage to do 22 miles and still 108 miles to complete.

New Running Shoes

Last weekend I in Kuala Lumpur for the Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon and I stop by at MidValley and get myself of new pair nike running shoes that cost around RM 3xx. Seen my old shoe already too old and in bad condition. But nevertheless, the old shoes already serve me very much for past 1 and half year. And it's already complete 4 marathon with me.
