1000 Miles 2009 Challenge

2009 will be more challenging year for me. I set myself to achieve 1000 miles for 2009. To achieve this goal, I joining a challenges 1000 miles in 2009 at www.nikeplus.com to monitor my progress.

Until today, I already finish 764.27 miles of total runs of 2008. Below are my's 2008 rundown.

Complete December Runs Goal

I complete my December runs goal of 100km in 4 weeks time. It's 11 days ahead of the schedule. And I think I'll will keep running until end of this month and see how far I can go. It feel good when I'm doing my running and I hope will keep doing it next year and I can do more distance on my runs goal.

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008

I manage to finish my third marathon this year at Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 with time 4:49:44. It was very long long runs and tiring. There were more 50,000 runners taking part on this event from all around world. As expected the winners of this marathon came from Kenya runners.

Back to Miri

Last night, I back to Miri from my trip from Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. It's was good trip, but a bit tiring. The flight back from Kuala Lumpur was delay due to bad weather in Kuala Lumpur and I'm arrive at Miri one hours late on 10:00pm.

Trip to Singapore

Tonight, I'll going to Kuala Lumpur and stay one night at Kuala Lumpur before I went down to Singapore on Friday night. Arrive at Singapore saturday morning and stay for two night at Singapore until monday morning before I went up to Kuala Lumpur again on night and then flight back to Miri on Tuesday night. I will joining the the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 on sunday.

2nd Passport

Yesterday I'm get my second passport at the Miri Immigration office. I'm only manage to utilise less then half of my first passport and it's expiry February 2009. So I needed to get it renew for the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008. :)

Start My Runs Goal

Yesterday evening I'm went to Miri stadium to start my December Runs Goal. And I'm manage to do 10km of total of distance runs. And this weekend I will be off to Singapore to join the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 (7th Dec 2008).

EPL

Last night, I watch the match between Manchester United with Manchester City and the match ended with win to Manchester United with score 1-0. It a derby match between two neighbor club. The goal scored by Wayne Rooney on late first-half time. And it a Rooney's 100th goal in club.
