I have 2 more days to go before my May Runs Goal finish and I'm have 25 miles to complete before I'm can complete the target of 120 miles. Its been stright 4 days running and I think I'm need a bit of rest, so I'm plan to rest today. And I'm hope can achieve my goal within this two. Cross my finger...

19th Blood Donation

Yesterday morning mark 19th time my blood donation. Like the usual we went to Miri General Hospital at Blood Bank to do the blood donation. Its a bit quiet there, so we just proceed with the procedure and get it done very smooth and fast. Feel very refresh after the blood donation and will continue doing it in the future.

Continue Running

Yesterday evening, I'm continue my normal running routine since my last one a week ago. And I'm barely finish half way of my target 120 miles. Look like I need to put more effort to achieve my targets this month.

Deep Sea Fishing

Friday noon me and few friends went out to the sea to try our lucky in deep sea fishing. We rent a fisherman wooden boat. Leaving the Miri river mouth around 1330 and arrive at first point around 1700 and we start fishing. And we continue fishing until midnight when the heavy rain and storm hitting without warning. The rain and storm continue for 2 hours and start to calm down, but the sea still rough. Nevertheless, we continue fishing until early morning and we decided have enough and we went back to Miri. Arrive at Miri river mouth around 0830 Saturday. My friends manage to caught a few fishs and I only manage to fish small fish. A bit dissapointed, but its was a fun trip.

Back In Miri, Sarawak

I'm back in Miri after my short trip to Singapore last weekend and Brunei. Now back in office and working. First time fly from Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei to Singapore on Friday 8th May 2009 and came back to Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei from Singapore on Sunday 10th May 2009. A wonderful and tiring trip. Not much changing at Singapore since my last year december trip. Will be going to Singapore again end of this year for the Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon 2009.

Away from Miri for 4 days

I'll be away to Brunei Darussalam and Singapore this weekend and came back to Miri on Monday. Look like I will miss the 2009 Miri Jazz Festival on 8th and 9th May 2009.
